Processing time varies depending on the service selected. Processing time does not include the shipping period.

Custom Wigs - 7-10 Business Days.
Ready to Ship - Orders placed before 5pm Same Day. Orders Placed after 5pm, Next Day
Wig Construction (You Provide Hair) 3-5 Business Days after receiving your hair in the mail and 2-3 days if your'e local.

SHIPPING TIME

After the processing period is over. All wigs are shipped using USPS Priority Mail Shipping. This shipping takes 2-3 Business Days for US Residents
RETURN/EXCHANGE -If you have any issues , please contact us @raediantwig.co@gmail.com and allow 48 hours for a response. Returns and exchanges are not accepted. If you are unsatisfied with your wig, we will do our best to accommodate it to your liking.
REFUNDS- Due to the nature of this business, refunds are not accepted. All wigs are custom made specifically to each client’s head measurements. Returns can not be accepted and wigs can not be resold due to customization.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES- We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Your order will not be replaced. You will be given a tracking number to track your package. If you will not be home on the expected delivery date, you can request to have your package held at your local USPS office.
